1. Services

Velocity Dry Ice Blasting provides professional dry ice blasting, surface preparation, and protective coating services. All services are performed to the best of our ability, using professional-grade equipment and materials. Results may vary depending on the condition of the equipment, vehicles, or surfaces being serviced.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure bookings. This covers materials and dry ice preparation.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods provided through Square.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

  • Customers may reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicles or equipment must be delivered in a condition ready for service (cleared of personal belongings and accessible).

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing conditions (e.g., rust, leaks, damage) before services are performed.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed conditions or pre-existing issues.

5. Warranty & Limitations

  • Our protective coatings are applied according to manufacturer guidelines. Performance depends on conditions and proper maintenance.

  • We do not guarantee against natural wear and tear, misuse, or neglect after service.

  • No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided unless stated in writing.

6. Liability

  • Velocity Dry Ice Blasting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Velocity Dry Ice Blasting. It may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Utah.

9. Updates
